Print labels straight off the sales order.
Pick the transaction type, search the order number, choose a template, print. The data is pulled directly from NetSuite at print time, so there's no export step and no intermediate copy of the order that can fall out of date before the label prints.
You can set this up yourself. There's a wizard for your first template and a walkthrough the first time you use it, so we don't need to be involved unless you want us to be.

What's in it
- Templates
- Design them visually and map each field to your NetSuite data. Start from a preset or a blank size, and preview against a real order before you commit a roll of labels to it.
- Barcodes
- Code128, EAN-13, UPC-A and QR, generated from any field you've bound. Need a symbology that isn't listed here? Confirm with us before you buy.
- Scan to search
- The search box accepts a barcode scan, so someone holding a scanner and a pick slip doesn't have to put either down to type an order number.
- Rules
- Match a customer, channel or order type to a template so despatch never picks the wrong one. Your biggest retail partner gets their compliance fields; everyone else gets the default.
- Usage you can see
- Labels used this month sit in the header against your tier's allowance, and the app tells you at three quarters rather than when printing stops.
- Direct printPro
- Straight to a connected printer with no browser dialog. The app lists the devices it can see, so despatch picks a printer by name instead of guessing which queue is which.
How it starts
When this isn't the right tool
If your labels come off a scale or a print-and-apply head on the line, that's a hardware integration and we don't do it.
If you're not on NetSuite, none of this works. There's no CSV import mode and we're not planning one.
If you print fewer than a couple of hundred labels a month, the free tier already covers you — there's no need to upgrade.
